“We hired Softwash Ranger to do the following: 1) to soft-wash the roofs of our three-story Queen Anne shingle style house; 2) to wash & brighten all the gutters; and 3) to powerwash our rear bluestone patio & walkway and front bluestone porch, landing, walkway and two front brick pillars. Exterior scrubbing & rinsing of our three skylights was also included in the work.

My initial telephone inquiry was responded to promptly, and I had an email estimate in hand immediately, complete with insurance and bonding details, as well as links to videos demonstrating the roof washing process, etc. Accepting the proposal is made simple and quick via a link from the estimate email. I was immediately contacted to schedule the work! Mario and his crew showed up on time and walked through the property with me to confirm the scope of the work. The work was excellent: everything was beautifully cleaned and the surrounding areas were also left immaculate. Mario also went to the trouble to take photos of problem areas on my roof with stack vents that I wouldn’t otherwise have known about. It’s not often that one gets excellent work done at a fair price & in a conscientious manner. I would use Softwash Ranger again in a heartbeat!”
